Returns Eligibility
You may only return products if:

- The product was incorrectly supplied.

Timeframe for Returns
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product if you wish to return it due to fault or damage.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Cost of Returns
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or defective, Paintsales.com.au will cover the costs of return shipping or request you to dispose of the product.
- Returns for reasons other than fault or damage are not accepted without prior written approval.
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
- In the case of faulty or damaged products, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
- Refunds exclude any shipping or handling fees unless the product is faulty.
- If approved, change of mind returns will incur a 30% restocking fee and freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exclusions
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.
