Errors and Omissions

PaintSales makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published in our advertisements and on our Web site. However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. PaintSales makes no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, PaintSales shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel an order that is placed at the incorrect price. Products and packaging depicted on the Web site may differ from stock available at the time of shipment.

Shipping

PaintSales will ship your order using its preferred carrier, you will be notified of the shipping and tracking details when the order is dispatched. Should the customer give instructions to leave without a signature, then the customer accepts full liability for any damage and/or loss.  PaintSales.com.au will not accept any responsibility or liability for any items which have not been signed for or any direct arrangements made with couriers.

Country areas: Some country areas are town or depot delivery only.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective companies. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to the benefit without intent to infringe on the mark holder.

Payment

If the customer fails to pay for product delivered, PaintSales may (in its discretion and without limitation):  (a) Take proceedings against the Customer for any outstanding amounts; (b) recover PaintSales costs including mercantile agency and legal costs on a full indemnity basis; (c) Publish a public notice of outstanding debt. (d) exercise any other rights at law.
